We have the experience of a couple thousand sets of Williams & Hussey and Shopfox knives under our belts. Be assured your knives will be great knives that will cut a great finish on your wood. That’s the only way we make them.
Even the smallest knife sets are made with two bolt holes for added safety. Other knife services might give you a single-hole knife. We choose not to make single-hole knives. Two bolts are always better than one.
